Inner Peace


Everyday in life we face all sorts of traffic, be it an angry boss, the pile of work or maintaining relationships with the people around you. You face disease, frustration, difficulties and temptations of all sorts. Sometimes, you just got take a breather and step to regain your inner peace.

One thing I learn is that you cant run away cause it will always be there. Say you lost a dear relative or going through a difficult relationship. Its sad and frustrating, but there is a difference between feeling the sadness of the moment and being overcome by it. Every moment has its qualities. Winter will never be as joyful as spring or summer. But it's an important moment of introspection, of self-examination. It is a necessary rest for nature to build up the needed energies to flourish again. It has its own melancholic beauty.

So whenever you feeling down with all the misery built up in you, just remember, seek solace in god and learn to relax. The troubled mind is blind and unpleasant.The peaceful and quiet mind allows you to see things more clearly and to make wiser decisions.
